SHIPPING PROCESS Most orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days of being received. Orders placed evenings, weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the following business day. The customer will be notified should there be any delays in shipping. Calculations for shipping durations are based on the day of shipment (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Shipments made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day. Upon shipment, the customer will be notified and advised of any tracking numbers. Alpine Jeep is not responsible for any delays that result from the shipping provider. US SHIPPING Shipping costs are calculated at the time the order is placed. Due to the size and shape of products offered, shipping costs can vary greater depending on the product(s) ordered. Exact shipping costs can be determined by proceeding into the shopping cart. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping quotes are available at: sales@alpinejeep.com Alpine Jeep has no control over the value-added taxes or duty charges assessed by purchaser’s country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. RETURN POLICY There are no refunds on clearance items. If a returned item has been installed, modified or used in any way NO refund or credit will be given. Once a product has been installed it cannot be returned unless a manufacturer’s warranty claim is being made (see our warranty policy). Returned products must be returned in their original packaging and include all components and manufacturer’s documentation. All items not returned in original packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the date of sale. The amount of the refund is limited to the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include the original outbound shipping costs. The cost incurred to ship the product back to Alpine Jeep is the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Alpine Jeep. Returned product shipped COD will be refused. For International returns/exchanges, if the instructions are not followed and additional fees are charged to Alpine Jeep as a result (such as duty and customs brokerage fees); these charges will be deducted from the return. **Any returns/exchanges sent back without first contacting us to receive a Return Authorization Number will be billed a re-stocking fee of 25% plus any fees and duties that accrue on International shipments such as duties and customs brokerage. Please follow our return process below. The returned item must be received by Alpine Jeep within 14 days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number. It is recommended that packages be returned with some type of “delivery confirmation” that requires Alpine Jeep to sign for the receipt of the package. Upon receipt of the item in resalable condition which includes the original packaging, all components and manuals the customer will be notified and advised of any credits owing. RETURN PROCESS a) Complete and submit a Return Authorization form. b) Upon receipt the customer will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions via email within two (2) business days. The return authorization number MUST be written on the package near the return address. It is recommended that the customer track/insure the return packages as Alpine Jeep will not accept responsibility for packages it does not ship. CLEARANCE ITEMS All clearance sale items are FINAL sales. WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND? Alpine Jeep will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Be aware that your financial institution may take longer to reflect this refund. Alpine Jeep is not responsible for any delays by the financial institution in reflecting the refund. WARRANTY All parts and accessories are covered ONLY by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Alpine Jeep can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user of the products. Alpine Jeep assumes no liability for any labor, incidental, or other associated costs related to installation of products. THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. Please follow the manufacturers warranty instructions!
